In September 2009, Gary was appointed as Associate Artist at Yorkshire Dance Centre and is currently developing his work under the LIFT programme. Over an 18 month period, the LIFT programme supports 2 regional artists in the form of financial contribution, studio space, career and artistic mentoring and administration support towards the next crucial development of their practise. As part of the programme, Gary is undertaking a course run by CIDA (Cultural Industries Development Agency) which focuses on business management in the creative sector.
